Celebrating Arts & Innovation

Join neighbors, families, and friends at the 15th Annual Tufts Community Day.
Sunday, September 24, 2017 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on the Academic Quad (labeled as "The Green" in Google maps) of the Medford/Somerville campus. 
Co-sponsored with the cities of Medford and Somerville.

  • Live Performances: song, dance, music, and a "Honk" parade!
  • Children’s Activities including, face painting, crafts, STEM, story time, even Quidditch for Kids
  • Medford and Somerville community groups and resources
  • Research projects by Tufts University faculty
  • Bookstore raffle and campus tours
  • Free BBQ lunch and refreshments

All activities are free and open to the public



Free event parking is available in the Tufts parking garage, 419 Boston Avenue, Medford. Take the Garage Elevators to the 7th floor and exit at the footbridge to the Academic Quad (also known as The Green).

Event will be held Rain or Shine!

The event will only be cancelled in case of extreme weather. Cancellation information can be found on Sunday, September 24th on the Tufts University website,
